At Pure Tribe Supplements LLC (Pure Tribe), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from www.pure-tribe.com or one of our authorized distributors, you may request a refund or replacement of the product. Please note that Pure Tribe has a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee which is not valid for products purchased from unauthorized distributors. The Satisfaction Guarantee will be valid only for the original purchaser.

How to Claim the Guarantee 

To submit a Satisfaction Guarantee request, please send an email to info@pure-tribe.com Include the date and location of the product purchased. IF your request is approved, Pure Tribe may require that unconsumed product, proof of purchase, and claim number be mailed to:

All Satisfaction Guarantee requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for the costs of shipping the product and proof of purchase.

Pure Tribe reserves the right to verify all information provided, including proof of purchase. Additionally, Pure Tribe, in its sole discretion, may deny any Satisfaction Guarantee request.
